KU Counseling Program Admission Procedure
Step 1 (Pre-Admission Procedure):
Individual Contact (Email) with Program Faculty Members, Dr. Bora Lee, Dr. Sang Min Lee
- Sending Resume and Transcript
Step 2 (Pre-Admission Procedure):
Gathering Program and Assistant-ship Information (Fellowship, RA, TA, and Scholarship) (Scheduling Appointment Master and Doctoral Students)
- Teaching Assistantship: Tuition Waiver
- BK21 Research Assistantships: Two Master students (W500,000 per month) / One Doctoral student (W900,000 per month)
- Research Assistantships: Two Master students (W250,000 per month) and One Doctoral student (W500,000 per month)
- Global KU Fellowship: Tuition Waiver + W1,250,000 per month
- Scholarship for Foreign Student: Tuition Waiver
Step 3 (Admission Procedure):

Step 4: Document Screening & Oral Exam

Evaluation Criteria for Document Screening
- Master’s Program: Undergraduate GPA, Official English Test Score (Advantage)
- Doctoral Program: Undergraduate and Graduate GPA, Research Ability, Official English Test Score (Advantage)

- Master’s Program: Interview Performance, Spoken English Ability
- Doctoral Program: Concreteness of Research Interests, Interview Performance, Spoken English Ability
